My second book, The Simulation, started with publication in mind from day one. That made writing smoother than in my first book, The Back-Up Colony, which started as a collection of fragments rather than a whole story. Feedback from the readers also suggests that the new book has a good “flow” throughout the story.

As with my first book, I will donate half of the sales directly to ALS research, with the rest needed to cover the production costs and infrastructure. 

But, even though spreading ALS awareness is high on the agenda, the main point is to share an entertaining story that makes you think of the fundamental questions about our Universe.
